1. Eligibility:

1.1. The Yorkdale Lincoln March Madness Contest (the “Contest”) is open to all legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who have reached the age of majority in their respective province or territory.

1.2. Employees, agents, and immediate family members of Yorkdale Lincoln (the “Sponsor”), including their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and any person with whom any of the foregoing are domiciled, are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

2. Contest Period:

2.1. The Contest will run from March 1, 2025, at 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) to March 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST (the “Contest Period”).

3. Entry:

3.1. To enter the Contest, eligible participants must purchase any vehicle from Yorkdale Lincoln during the Contest Period.

4. Prizes:

4.1. There are multiple prizes available to be won:

– Lincoln Access Rewards Points

– Cash Rebate towards vehicle purchase

– Merchandise such as a Television and branded goods.

5. Winner Selection and Notification:

5.1. Participants will select a balloon in the showroom and pop it to reveal their prize instantly .

6. General Conditions:

6.1. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations. The Contest is void where prohibited.

6.2. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

7. Disclaimer:

7.1. By participating in the Contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless Yorkdale Lincoln, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or the receipt or use of any prize.

8. Privacy:

8.1. Information collected for the Contest will only be used for the purposes of administering the Contest.

9. Contest Entry Rules Compliance:

9.1. The Contest complies with the Competition Act.
